The studio & signature series
Fine Art.
Big Claws.
Traditional oil technique, fearless color, and a Louisiana crab that refuses to stay inside a small frame.
Seventeen years of evolution
Every painting starts a new conversation.
Frank’s art practice is rooted in oil paint, observation, and the belief that color works like a jazz band: every note has to carry its part.
His best-known works are original crab paintings, often created on 8 × 10 birchwood panels and sealed beneath a polished epoxy finish. The surface is deep and glass-like; the character underneath is unmistakably alive.
More than one hundred works have reached collectors across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and beyond. CRAB.ART is the long-term home for that growing archive.
